Everything you need to know about getting started, pricing, and using Clip Caddie.
Getting Started
Clip Caddie is a personal golf learning system. It gives your saved instruction, practice notes, and swing fixes one place to live so you can get back to the cue or drill that actually helped instead of losing it across apps.
Start by saving one swing tip or lesson clip that matches the miss you are working on. Add a note or timestamp, then log your next practice session so you can keep the feel, cue, and result tied together.
YouTube works best because Clip Caddie can pull in metadata automatically. Instagram links are supported too. For other sources, you can still paste the link and enter the title manually. Clip Caddie stores links, notes, and timestamps. It does not host video uploads.
Not yet. That is on the radar, but today you add videos one at a time so you can attach the note, fault, or feel that made the clip worth keeping.
Clip Caddie works as a Progressive Web App. On iPhone, open it in Safari, tap Share, then choose Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome, tap the menu, then choose Install app or Add to Home Screen.
Features
The free plan gives you enough room to prove the system: save up to 25 videos, mark up to 5 favorites, log up to 15 journal entries, and track up to 3 active swing problems.
Playlists collect instruction. Notes apps collect thoughts. Clip Caddie connects the two so the tip, the practice session, and the fix that finally worked stay tied together. The point is not more saved content. It is a system you can return to when the same miss shows up again.
Faults & Fixes is where you track the pattern you are fighting and the changes you tried. You can keep a running record of the fault, the cue or drill you tested, whether it worked, and when it showed up again.
The journal tracks practice sessions, lessons, and rounds. You can log what you worked on, what you felt, what held up, what broke down, and which videos or fixes were part of that session.
Pricing & Billing
Clip Caddie Pro is $8 per month or $72 per year. The annual plan saves $24 compared with paying monthly for a full year.
Nothing is deleted. You keep all of the videos, favorites, journal entries, and faults you already saved. You just cannot add more of that resource until you upgrade or get back under the free limit.
You keep Pro access through the end of the current billing period. After that, your account drops back to the free tier. Your data stays there. You can still view everything, but you cannot add more once you are over the free limits.
Refunds are not offered for partial billing periods. If you run into a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, email support and we will review it with you.
Privacy & Security
No. Never. Your data is used to operate the product, process payments, and improve the app. It is not sold for advertising or brokered to third parties.
Yes. You can permanently delete your account from Account settings. That removes your Clip Caddie data from the app database. Stripe may still retain required billing records for compliance.
Mobile & Access
Yes. It works in modern mobile browsers and can be installed to your home screen as a Progressive Web App.
Open Clip Caddie in Safari, tap Share, then tap Add to Home Screen.
Open Clip Caddie in Chrome, open the browser menu, then choose Install app or Add to Home Screen.
No. There is no separate iPhone or Android app right now. The Progressive Web App gives you the full product in a browser-first form with a home screen icon and app-style launch.
